Simon a graduate of Harper Adams & Manchester Business School, with diverse agri-business experience, joined Samco in 2008.

Following a 10-year career in the London Insurance Market, Diane requalified as a Finance Manager, in the Education Sector, for 12 years, before joining Samco. Whilst working with numbers is familiar, she finds it interesting and enjoyable to learn about a whole new world of Farming.

Viktoria joined Samco in October 2023 and previously worked in the Healthcare and Building sector, also in a finance role.

Natasha began working with Samco in February 2005 as a Member Purchase Administrator. Twenty years later, Natasha continues to enjoy speaking with and assisting members with the day to day running of their businesses

Sue has worked in admin and customer service for many years, and although not from a farming background, enjoys the variety the role brings.

Melissa joined Samco in July 2024, from a background in administration after spending time as a stay-at-home mum raising her 2 children. Melissa enjoys travelling and exploring new places in her spare time as well as strength training in the gym.

Libby joins Samco after graduating from the RAU with a Graduate's Diploma in Agriculture & BSc in International Business Management. She grew up on her family’s farm in Buntingford and is Chairman of North Herts Young Farmers Club.
